9 comments While talking with the dh about how fun the kiwi-kins were to make, I told him I planned on using the extra kiwis to make turnovers. He paused and looked puzzled. Then said he couldn’t imagine that it would go well together.
Instead of apple, kiwi. Why not, right? First, I did a search for a kiwi turnover and the results were fruitless, not a single one. So, I decided to modify an apple turnover recipe.
Here’s what turned out:
Took some green Zespri kiwis.
I scooped and sliced all my kiwis.
