Weekly Goal Planning

I spent the majority of this past week recouping from the cold/flu. I really hate getting sick cause I spend so many days playing catch up. Things get so out of place, I feel like I need to start all over again organizing. I did not get in laundry everyday. Also,  I will be spending this week getting my closet back under control amongst other things. Sounds a little silly but I think I’ll set up my clothes for the week based on the weather.

Weekly Goal Planning

Last year, I started using a walking journal and loved it. I could quickly see my progress, which felt good. So when Money Saving Mom posted up a free weekly goal planning sheet, I had to give it a try. I know there a several out there if you do a quick Google search, but what I love about it is that you can type directly into the fields from your browser.

Now that the kids are back in school, I am slowly getting the house back in order from the lazy days of summer. This sheet should be helpful for that.

I listed out a few goals last Sunday and by Friday I had checked off several. Most importantly, I remembered what I wanted to accomplish over the weekend. Plus, it is great to see how much really gets done during the week.  I am giving this a whirl to see if it sticks like my walking journal. Ideally, I am setting a goal to keep a goal planning sheet — until the end of this year.
